Fantastic day at thebtas Big Mike at Take Away Chef of year finalist cook off. Winner announced at the awards ceremony on 5th December @ the Savoy Hotel. Happy 50th Birthday Barbados.

Thick warming Island Soup - It's that time
Well, I've finally recognised that it's time for that nourishing winter sunshine in a bowl to be brought back. So I've been working this morning bubbling some extra pots for our thick and warming Island Soup. It comes in two forms Vegetable and Chicken & Vegetable. Both have pumpkin, sweet potato, carrots, fresh thyme, rosemary, spring onion and sweet peppers all slow cooked to perfection to give you a delicious warming soup.
